  • Shipping Policy

1). In normal circumstances, we would send the goods in 24 to 48 hours after all the goods placed the order. In order to make your order more efficient, we strongly suggest you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address, or your order could be delayed for verification.
2). All the goods are going to sent from China.
3). Two ways of freight

    • EMS – it is free of charge as well as the USPS in America. It requires 5-10 days.
    • Fast freight – you will have to pay $30, and the goods will arrive in 3 – 4 days. It is just like FedEx, TNT, UPS.

4). About the cost of freight

  • No charges: USA, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Japan, Portugal, Norway, Greece, Singapore, and Vietnam.
  • Need to pay $30: Holland, Iraq, Russia, Poland, and Iran.
  • Brazil: $10.
  • Guadeloupe: $50.

5). If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is at home to receive the goods, and the people should be older than 18, who is allow to sign for. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. If there is nobody at home or your workplace, the goods would be sent back to the post office, please contact with the local post office in time.
6). If you didn’t receive the package, please report to us via email or phone call within ten days after placed the order.

  • Return Policy

1). If the product which have sent off is not consistent with your size, color, or style, you can reserve it, and we will send the right product at no charges as soon as we can.
2). If you want to return a product that you were unsatisfied with or changed your mind on. You may get the refund, but some fee you may pay for it, and some restocking fee will apply.
3). We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any product that has been damaged by any human errors.
  • Any item that is not in its original bottle or box.
